Conqueror Challenges
Decided to get myself back into shape after several years of threatening to do so. Read about these virtual challenges and decided they could be a good motivator. And going by popularity The Conqueror Challenges seemed the most popular and I liked the look of the medals. I'm now on my 6th challenge. The App is really user friendly. The medals are excellent quality and the challenges are fairly priced. I'm building up a nice collection and it's been a fantastic motivator to keep exercising. But most importantly for me, when I had a shipment issue with a couple of medals, the customer service was excellent. And the issue was solved more or less immediately and professionally. Communication was great. Overall I'd have to give them 10 out of 10 on quality and service. Fully recommend to anyone thinking of doing some virtual challenges.

I joined Conqueror to keep myself moving during the Covid 19 pandemic. I have since joined several events and finished my first one mid - April. I'm still waiting for my medal which was initially posted to incorrect address due to technical error. Staff were VERY HELPFUL and responded quickly to fix the problem. The app is easy to navigate. Just struggled to find how to change my finish time goal. Would love to have photos that feels like I really was on the journey (see Camino for Good app). Postcards are interesting but honestly, I don't read them. My overall experience is very motivating and I keep signing up for more events. Thank you team!

I’ve used The Conqueror loads to supplement my training regime, gonna do the miles so why not reward yourself. I’ve a fantastic & growing selection of medals & promote this all the time ????????

Dear Conqueror...I am so happy to have found this app because it does motivate me to get walking. Just signed up for my 6th!....Exciting to get the beautiful medals. I love especially the postcards relating all the interesting and beautiful places I look forward to visiting in person. And donating trees is a wonderful idea. See you all on the road(s)....

Love the new Conqueror app easy to use and update

This is a fantastic app that gets you off your butt and gets the miles in. I’ve done 3 challenges to date and already on my fourth. The app is cool and easy to use. Tracks your progress, you get fun postcards after each milestone and fun medals at the end. Brilliant concept. Well done team. Best wishes Sean Dunphy

In this difficult time this is the perfect app to keep you moving! Just started my 6th one and plan to have 10 done by the end of the year! Great way to keep yourself motivated and the medals are beautiful! Thanks????

I am about to start my fifth challenge and have found the virtual challenges a great motivator to keep active and to ‘revisit’ places I have been and to discover new places to travel to. The app is very user friendly and between using the pegman and viewing YouTubes about the milestones I feel like I have been able to ‘travel’ during this challenging year. The Conqueror’s development team members are to be congratulated on their creativity and hard work. Thank you.

I’m now on to my 3rd Conqueror challenge, as I find them a great motivator to get out of the house, especially when working from home.
I had accidentally selected and paid for two challenges instead of one, so wrote on their web-chat to request a refund for the one I didn’t want. Within 10 minutes, I received an email from Virginia, who had already processed my refund, which was a great relief.

I am partway through my third challenge and noticed that I had inadvertently been billed twice for it. I emailed the company and within an hour received a reply confirming a refund had been processed. Excellent customer service.
Re my first two challenges I received the medals within a few days and they are far more substantial than I expected. Excellent motivation.
